Hello! I'm Diana, an entrepreneur, graphic designer, and right-brained taco enthusiast.
At an early age I gravitated towards visual design: from elaborate birthday cards for family, to my first logo created for my girl-power band “Vanish” in middle school (bonus points for design in WordPerfect?), to layout design of my high school yearbook. As I’ve gained experience and skill within the design field, I’ve learned to harness the passion and creativity from those early years and bring them to my clients in order to create design that is unique, innovative, and which serves to further their brand, expand their client base, or simply bring their vision to life.
The journey has ranged from an internship to contract at a major branding firm in Paris (all work done in French), to stationer and decor coordinator at a four-person event planning team in Austin and meeting Martha Stewart herself when we designed a wedding on her estate in New York (subsequently featured in Martha Stewart Weddings), to winning a Best of Austin award as a business owner. Projects large or small, I pride myself on carefully researching and understanding the needs of the client and the market in order to produce work that will satisfy every aspect both visually and functionally — while keeping a close eye on budget, resources, and timeline.
Along with a mastery of design and office software, I have gained invaluable skills in quick problem solving and innovation, working under pressure to meet deadlines, and strong collaboration and communication with my team.
I like sending snail mail with vintage stamps, riding bikes, being in a crowd of happy people (Blues on the Green?), and the occasional roller disco party.
I seek a company where I can apply my skills, continue to learn, grow, and make an impact. Let’s talk!
